Shipping policy

Delivery Schedule:

  • We deliver once a week. Depending on your location, you will receive your order either on the weekend or, at the latest, on Monday—if your order is placed before our Thursday 10 PM deadline.

  • Orders placed after the deadline will be delivered the following weekend.

  • If we are unable to deliver your order, we will try again the next weekend.

  • We will contact you prior to your delivery.

Delivery Instructions:

  • Bottles must be refrigerated.

  • If possible, please leave a cooler with an ice pack outside your door on the delivery day.

Delivery Areas & Fees:

  • We deliver to the following cities: Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, New Westminster, Richmond, Ladner, Tsawwassen, and parts of Delta and Surrey.

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Free delivery on orders over $60.

Missing or Damaged Items:

  • If any items are missing or damaged from your order, please contact us immediately at info@drinkbestii.com or via our contact form. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
